Inlet manifold runner control

Hi all, I've had my seat leon for 3 years and everything has been sweet, however recently the glow plug light starts flashing after checking it with a code reader it comes back with

012600 - inlet manifold runner control deviation p3138 short with power - intermittent,

has anyone else had this error code and can anyone help diagnose what part needs replacing/fixing please
