Hi
Am looking at buying myself a boss and steering wheel to fit onto the cupra.
Does anyone have any idea as to how this is done without blowing myself up with the airbag when I remove my current steering wheel?
Second point is that the boss will not have the resistor that you need to allow the airbag light to cancel.
WIll this light being perminantly on be a problem MOT wise? Is there any other way of getting this light to turn off

Cheers
Ollie

Its easy!, the airbag light/button has a nice simple connector plug in the back, just pull it out, will never light again.

I'd unplug the battery for a good hour before going near an airbag
