Rear upper strut brace?

hello peps,

i have been looking at purchasing a rear upper strut brace for my beeza blast! i heard somewhere that a mk2 golf rear strut would fit. i have found one on ebay and the description seems to make sense, as i would have to drill into my rear turrets side walls to bolt it on.

Has anyone else fitted a rear brace in this way?

What braces were they?

Any clarification would be most helpful, cheers boys.:D

so how do you fit these, just screw them out until they are tight?

yeah I got sent one by accident when I bought the strut top one. I test fitted it (without drilling) and it fits fine. RobbieC had it off me, not sure if he's fitted it yet?

it was good quality for the price.

try this:

Home > Performance Filters + Performance Products > Strut braces and sway bars > Application list

then right near the bottom is:

VW Polo 6N all models - Strut brace Rear - 420034

and its £44.99. They used to be on ebay a bit cheaper but they don't seem to be on there at the mo

Nah it's still sat in my bedroom at the moment, I want to fit it along with my coilies and front upper and lower braces at the same time which I still need to buy :)
