Smee, Just looked through your build thread, and your paint swirl is just like mine. It isn't noticeable to anyone else, but I can't stand it on mine (perfectionist?). I need to get it sorted some time soon!

Also - the top link you've posted above, my neighbour has that polisher, so if needs be I can borrow it. I just need to know what pads and products I need. (or depending what people reckon price-wise, I'll just get someone to do it :) )

The meguiars is a good starting point , but you need to visit a proper detailing website like clean your car ect
You will learn loads !
Lidl recently had a machine polisher for £20 and looked like the halfords one
If you want to add swirls then these are the machines that do it.
Stay clear , you do get what you pay for !

Anyone seen a good tutorial how to remove bottom grill (without Trashing It) so I can wrap my bottom lip on the bumper or has anyone any close up pics of the clips holding the grill in?

Cheers

The second one is more like it, but you can get then cheaper. Cleanyourcar has package deals on the DAS6 which give you everything you need to get started.

Head over to www.detailingworld.com for a browse.
