Hmm, I think the Forte is a once a year thing. Whereas the Millers is once a tank. And the price reflects its. Both are £15. The Forte uses the whole bottle, the Millers lasts 10 tanks.
I've consigned myself to the fact its new fronts every year and new rears every two.
Accelerating really quick also means less people ask me for a lift

So, from your experience would you recommend to go straight for a Forte use or a Millers use? Nothings most likely touched this engine in form of either since before my time having this car, so it could do with a nice little treat there!
Ahh, that's down to your driving and fast accelerating (plus being remapped haha!), mines completely bog standard so tyre life will be higher for me as I don't play that often, unless it's having it's rear opened up for a run down to the motorway and back!
Well that depends who asks for a lift, most of the people I know enjoy a good pinning in the seat, minus the remap on mine and that in mind I take it more casually to conserve my fuel around some folk I give lifts to!
Man, your cleaning work is stunning, I feel bad for my Scarlet Beauty as she doesn't get no where near that kind of attention from me... I humbly suck like a chocolate fire guard!

I'd start with the Forte. I'm not sure if its cause you pour more of it in or because its better stuff. But the Forte seemed to clear up my engine problems really quick. Using the Millers for a few weeks and they've started to creep back again. So I'll be doing another round of Forte me thinks.
Um, its not the pinning to the seat they mind. A quick survey suggests its the accelerating whilst cornering hard that is most unpopular.
Cheers. I'm just trying out different products and techniques to see which I like. Trub is, sometimes I'm out for 3-4 hours cleaning the car and feel like its time I could be using elsewhere.

Also tried to hide some of the many stone chips I've accumulated at the front using Turtle Wax Black Polish. Hmmm, I'm not sold, but it did make a difference.

So good news... PS4 all round now! And they are ace!
Bad / good news I had a "clunk" on turning full lock at slow speed. Audible in and out of the car. Garage reckon the lower control arm was loose and tightened it up. So fingers xed.
Bad news, had it flashed back to stock. No longer puts a smile on my face when I stick my foot down. But the erractic behaviour seems to have stopped (for now).
However if the car behaves itself for the next 3 weeks, it'll be going in for a Revo Stage 1 instead

So anyway... turns out when you reset your ECU your car goes really slow. I mean like foot to the floor, feels like I'm driving a people carrier slow. I felt like crying. But last night it was faster, much faster. A quick google reveals that its basically relearning its timings, etc. So now I don't feel quite so bad.

I ended up starting with the Millers, not got much left though it made an improvement haha! Albeit I will be doing Forte next (not been on in a while though hence length of time to respond sorry mate
) There's a guy a few doors down from me and he can get Forte for £15, as he saw me doing a shot of Millers (I speak to him regularly though didn't see him as having an interest in cars deeper than driving being a taxi man ) he mentioned that he can get Forte for £15 and said if I ever want it he will grab me one next time he goes for his! Haha yeah that's more understandable, I've not been very playful accelerating in to corners yet, I'd rather get more done to the handling before I consider trying that and also 4 solid wheels! (Will be taking your route on the PS4's though most likely doing a set one month and a set another month given funds allow it!

Unfortunately I'm currently getting a kind of jolt driving from cold start (but not every time). I'll drive sometimes out of the car park at work or even 0.5 miles down the road. The worst time it happened, I was desperate to leave work, pulled out sharp at the island and about 3k revs the revs just dropped instantly to idle sending me flying forward (seat belt didn't lock) and I stalled it on the island with an Audi flying right at the side of me. Luckily he managed to swerve and miss me. I think his hand gesture was asking if I wanted a Nescafe!? I didn't.
Turns out so far, its not the map, air filter, maf, fuel filter or boost / vacuum leak. Its been scanned for codes 3 times now and nothing. So I'm waiting for it to happen again then going another dose of Forte. Next I'm thinking EGR.
But on the bright side, I'm loving the new PS4s and I'm sure you will too. Took the car out with the new map on it, can really push it round corners and the tyres don't give an inch.
I'm not sure if the Revo map will adapt or if its just flashing it to stock that does it. The stock map took about 3 days of work n back to go back to what I'd consider normal.

But I wouldn't chance a £5 hand wash and can't afford a £70 detail. So its me with 2 Tescos buckets 
The previous map kicked the boost in earlier and harder. Which honestly felt nice, but meant mostly wheel spin in 1st n 2nd and was a nightmare in traffic as the boost felt more on/off.
The Revo map feels a bit tame pulling away. But pulls more higher up the rev range. Coming back down the motorway and wanting to overtake for example put a huge smile on my face. But need a few more trips to test it out properly.
Cheers. Hmm yes and no. They are currently on ebay for £105. They are actually just covers that fit over the original pedals but actually bolt on. I was concerned at first, but they fit really secure. I actually struck lucky and got em from a Seat dealer for £35 (the box was smashed up, but all the parts were present and undamaged).

Damn, that's an awkward situation to have! :-O I'm glad the chap didn't hit you and as for a Nescafe, all is safe so blessings counted!
Forte is my next treatment, can't wait to see what difference that makes over the Millers I'm currently using, I don't think I need an EGR clean yet, as I'm not noticing anything in particular, I did purchase a second hand Tyre Pressure switch for my scarlet beauty and put it in this morning, sorted out the dashboard warning light for me, was doing my head in with the original one not working!
I can't wait for the time I can put PS4s on and try them out, fronts will most definitely done first though as that's where I'll need it haha! See I love that, I'm getting a little bit more confident for pushing corners though nothing too hard! I'll build up over time!
Haha yeah, same, though me being a lazy ass not cleaning the car is something I need to get out of. The car is in need of a good clean, I have a single bucket, brand new (unopened) sponge and a few other bits but weather hasn't been good enough for me to get out and give her a scrub!

Not been there since having this scarlet beauty though but I intend to get her mapped elsewhere when the time comes, will be a long time before that happens in my case haha!

How did you do this?
In the FR using Carista, on the Cupra using VCDs. You can change the country code for the car - I found Australia kept all the UK functions but allowed MPH on MFD. Then you can just tick it in MFD settings.
I have a 1.4tsi FR 2012 MK2 would that work with Carista? Can you do much else with Carista as I could do with something to read fault codes and clear service lights for the future.Is it expensive Thanks
