you might be able to start with the 800.
You need to sand out the scratch's, each stage will leave smaller scratch's by the time you get to the last stage you wont be able to see them, also by useing them wet it will polish the metal.

Most good car shops should sell it, Although i think Halford's will only sell it in multi packs.
The grade is printed on the back of the paper.
It's about 20p per sheet.

So far on the pipe i'v used 2 of each, but the manifold is a lot smaller.
It might also be a softer metal so it might be easier to polish.

Got a bit bored with polishing pipes and bracket's so thought I'd try somethind a bit different.

the car is looking good daz :clap: it'll be good to have a proper look at the charge pipe and manifold at the next sarf london meet! :)

Yep I must confess it is sort of a sticker :redface: it's real sticky back carbon fibre :D

I'v got a sheet of proper Carbon so I might have a go at makeing some from that but not sure how to do the 90 degree bend.
