Auxiliary belt tensioner vibrating

Always wondered why my engine sounded loud now I know my aux belt tensioner needs changing. Is it best to change this ASAP Anyone else experienced this

i would change it soon as possible imagine it breaking off while your on the motorway could even take out the came belt
