Talking New member, just a hello, with pics of my other ride

hey guys, i'm soon to be an owner of a new leon Stylance, will be getting it in about 2 weeks once the paperwork is complete, i'm in Hungary for a few years and thought that this would be a good vehicle for my needs,
here is my other ride back home.

I hope to enjoy the leon, and chat with guys on here that may be able to guide me a bit better in my attempt to find accesories for this car in Europe as i'm not familiar with any of the vendors/distributors out here...
thanks guys
Shalil

haha, thats my buddies 1980 Wabbit, it's got a 16v GTI motor from a 98 in it which has now been turbocharged, the car is gutted with an ABD body kit, my buddy painted it himself with a trilayer pearl, recaros, and a mk3 dash....lots and lots of other goodies, from a roll it keeps my slightly modded targa company!!

ahh, yes and home is Canada!!

Thats a 2002 996 Targa, the 911's until 2001 had the headlights yours has, along with a 3.4L motor, the 2002 cars up till the introduction of the 997 had the headlights that my car has along with a 3.6L motor. The 997 has gone back to the solo headlights that the 993 had, also know and the beetle look....

your is a good looking 996 aero, i'm a fan of the taco wing!

oh, ya forgot to mention that the first generation 996 was lighter, so the performance was just as good with the smaller motor...they managed to find some extra stuff to throw into my car making it a touch heavier...but i'm working on putting her on a diet!! especially since WeeJase called her a porker
