race-style sequential gearboxes
Found this info on the Maxpower website, its for all you budding touring car drivers out there !!!
Seqshift is a brand new system that converts factory manual gearboxes into race-style sequential masterpieces. Built by German company Seqshift Auto-Tuning the kit converts the standard H-pattern shift to a single plane, backwards and forwards, movement that sits in the first to second gear position. The kit includes gear lever, the mechanism and an LED display so you know what gear you're in. So far Seqshift is only available for Golf platform cars which includes Golf Mk IV, Beetle, Audi TT, Skoda Octavia and Fabia, Polo 2002 and Seat Leon. Prices start at approx £550 and the first ones should be in the country by December. For more information call the German Car Company on 01702 530 440.
