Exclamation oil from exhaust

Was giving the 1.2 a good clean today and decided to keep engine running as it had been sitting for 2days (thats a year for my car lol)! i noticed after a while dark liquid coming out the exhaust and onto the drive (oil?) i gave the car a rev and there was quite alot of smoke from the back...only does it when engine is warm tho!

ive uploaded a vid of this on youtube so you can see for more clarification

its water and crud from the engine mixing, there is a certain amount of moisture sat in the exhaust housing, revving forces it out. dip your finger in it, itll not be oil.

your engine can produce moisture because the pistons compress air that is damp, your zorst has black carbon shite in it and revving the engine will blow the wet black shite out of your tailpipe
it is perfectly normal don't worry

all cars make steam from the tailpipe when the engine and exhaust are warming up, when the atmospheric conditions are right for it (a damp morning)

My LCR is doing this at moment.

Quite a bit tho.

Been sitting for 9 days (been away) and just started it to let it warm up while cleaning wheels and noticed water dripping from tailpipe.

After 20 mins (fully warmed up) i gave it some and it kept on kicking out this dirty water. I ended up with a foot sq of water under exhaust but no movement on the coolent level.

White steam also seen quite a bit too (probably obvious)

Any help???? Wheres i from??? is it right???? what shall I do???

Thanks Guys for any help

Probably just moisture again. If it's been sitting there for 9 days then quite normal.

Combustion of hydrocarbons creates water.

C8H18 + O2 ---> 8(CO2) + 9(H2O)

So any petrol car with a cat will produce water as a by product.

Thanks guys - feel much better now

was thinking Head Gasket or even head but had no coolant loss or overheating.

Warmed up for 30 mins then drove round a bit before 147mph lashing(on private road obviously) got home, no smoke/steam and tailpipe dry as a bone but had very little petrol remaining lol

pulled a beauty - dont want to sell in now - 10 days without driving her feels like adding 50BHP lol
