Leon badge or no leon badge!!??

I have been mulling over the idea of removing the LEON badge on the decklid as I feel the rear end is too busy with badges. A few people have removed theres recently (notably karlosR). However, I'm undecided. What do you guys think? I think it looks quite flush without it.

What is the easiest way of removing it should I go donw this road? Hairdryer to aid the removal?

Any pictures would be appreciated to aid me in my decision.....thanks

I like the L E O N badge if there are no other badges on the rear (like on mine) but if you have the Cupra badge on there, it looks better without the L E O N (IMO).

I think the Leon's look miles better debadged - I'd leave the Cupra R badge on and lose the rest

i debadged mine ... looked nice ... then I put dark grey stickers on the back - LEON, FORGE and EIP ... looks good ...

But now I will get the LEON chrome badge from the dealer to put it back, and I have a chrome Porsche "turbo" logo i'll put on the right corner ..

heehee

I think it varies from one colour to the next. Darker colours look good without the badge... lighter colours need something to break up what is quite a large area.

I've just got the Mk2 LEON lettering and a SC.net badge

I too was toying with the idea of the chrome porsche turbo badge (£18.99 on ebay). Was thinking below the cupra r badge....

I kept the 'cupra' badge, and to even things up i stcuk a small grey/silver FORGE sticker on tuther side, not the best pick to see it in but you can just.

Thinking about taking both off tho, would like to get rid of the 'S' too but a heat gun and fishing line just ain't gunna do it!!lol

Cheers

Danny

on most it looks good debadged although i'm not a fan of smoothed boots, so leaving it on there gives it a little somthing, although i would like to see what it would look like with the whole back debadged including the seat logo smoothed and with a R badge in the center! on my old Astra i had it debadged but not smoothed with the immersher I in the center, looked cool!
