brake pads?

im having such trouble with mechanics (as always) well its actually a mix of both mechanics and halfords lol, basically i want a pair of brake pads ...something a bit better than just standard, something that will give out less brake dust. and i was thinking of ferodo or mintex at first but halfords ordered the wrong ones ..so the mechanic sent me back to get the right ones ..which i had to order but again turned out to be the wrong ones, then the mechanic ordered me the pads but when they came they were Unipart ..which i didnt want. when i done a search i found this site(link)which have mintex for a good price but i dnt want to order the wrong ones,

the code the mechanic used (he checked the old pads and measured them with a book) is MDB1872 (link)but do they fit my mk2 1.4 ibiza? or on this site my ibiza is listed as MDB1804 pads?(Link)

p.s. the difference between the two isnt much:

SEAT Ibiza 1.4i MDB1872 Set of 4 Brake Pads Sizes: 141,6mm x 51,2mm x 15,3mm141,6mm x 50,3mm x 15,3mm

SEAT Ibiza 1.4i MDB1804 Set of 4 Brake Pads Sizes: 141,6mm x 51,2mm x 19,7mm141,6mm x 50,3mm x 19,7mm

..and discs:

SEAT Ibiza 1.4i MDC365 Pair of Vented Discs Sizes 239 x 20mm

SEAT Ibiza 1.4i MDC247 Pair of Solid Discs Sizes 239 x 10mm

Thanks, koz.
