Geometry Settings

Can find one other person asking for this and that was in 2005.

Can anyone provide me with Toe settings for my LCR please?

Also there is mixed opinion on wether you can change the camber on the front? Does any one know for SURE (dont just say what you have read elswhere) that you can or cant change this?

If you can, i need this setting to please
