hey guy's im back and this time its ibiza

hey guy's

joined the forum about 4-5 yrs ago when i got my leon cupra r, we time passed and after 3 lovely yrs of the leon a house loomed large and we had to part ways, since then i've had a vw lupo gti and then an impreza,

sadly there not for me,

im currently looking at a 2001 ibiza cupra. it has the following mods

jabba induction kit, rec dv and a jabba map.

my only bug bear is the milage 80k

it does have fsh so im not too worried, i know the vag engines are strong.

anything i can look out for?

i've read the stickies and faq's just want so reassurance from the higher milage guys on here

cheers jake

Not a problem, just make sure the Water pump and Timing belt have been done, if not factor in £250 - £300 for that.
If water pump has been swapped, ask if its replaced with a Metal Impellor version, or just the normal plastic ones, that are prone to failure. (if plastic factor in that you may have to replace it soon, and again its the same kind of money.
