Well, not really - but tonight I've acquired a winter hack about

R plate 2.0 8v GTi, sunroof, ABS & two airbags. newish 020 gearbox

Bought from a fellow forum member

today with 12 months MOT to boot.

Volcano red, with 16v wheels (I took a pic, but it's pitch black)

Should get me to work safer than the bike on the A43 at night!

Looking forward to not modding it..... but that won't happen

Suspension for certain, a stereo

, new tyres & probably 280's (which I have a set of)

ARB's, general servicing etc and a bit of tidying up.

If it had some tax I'd go out & have a better drive, but that can wait until tomorrow.
