HI there guys, awesome forum you have here, have been reading lots of threads and admiring alot of rides.

SO thought i would show you my cabby, not exactly a seat, but close enough to a cordoba

Ive had a few sets of wheels, and some really horrible ones, like these....lol

At the moment it still has a stock 1.6i 8v motor, we didnt get them in 2l 16v versions here

But luckily i am busy with this at the moment

thats reeeallly nice, looks v much like an Audi A4, especially at the back. How come you went for the golf seats rather than full buckets?

think them seats look better than the bucket ones personally, i like your boot install, and the wheels. Not a fan of the gauges inside im afriad look a bit much.

Very nice, externally the only differences to the Cordoba are the grille, boot and rear lights. The headlamps are the same as the Ibiza (Polo Playa to you)

Interior, you got the best dash. They're rather rare in the UK, fitted to only a handful of Polo Classics. I wanted one for my old Ibiza 2.0 16v GTI.

Nope, both look blue to me :lol:

Yes you are right, i also saw it about 6 months ago only, but cant see any repair work done on the door. It will all get sorted out next year with the respray :funk:

Now this is a POLO Classic worth looking at.

I was going to say after seeing the first pics.

Paint the B+C pillars in Black, but I see it has been done.

Well done... Great Mods... Fine Taste.

Like the mirrors and a few other details.

How bout some BBS centre caps to put the cherry on top ?

A perfect example of VWs uggliest duckling,this one has been turned into a REAL BEAUTY !

Thanks alot for the kind words my man, keeps me motivated.

Funny you should mention the BBS caps, as i have sourced a set from SA's BBS importers, changes the whole look of the car, just need to take a decent pic of it.

If all goes well, i will start the motor transplant in 3 weeks time, cant wait.
