Good luck Spencer, and welcome to the site.

We're all rooting for you.

Unfortunately I'm not able to make it to Croft as it is a bit too far away. However I indend to make it to all the other events so I'll hopefully get to meet you there.

You've got a great car to play with. Do us proud!

Echo the good wishes of the others. Hopefully I can get along to see things for real when you're a bit closer to (my) home.

All the best Spencer...
Good Luck
Give it some!!
The seatcupra.net term is PASTY!!
shame we cant put a sticker on the side of the car saying.."Don't blame me..I'm giving it full Pasty as it is"
Don't forget to introduce me to the pit lane girls..then at least I'll know their names before I take them into Darlington on Saturday night...shame you'll be getting a good nights rest instead...its a tough life..
Hope they've sorted the brakes for you..changed master cylinder or whatever or it may only be a race as far as the first corner

Mark

SEAT are keeping the brakes as they are. It was a critism on our track test as well (see in main site, features)

Good luck for the weekend... The cheering will most definately be heard for your good self..
If you have an unfortunate opportunity to get any souvenirs from other peoples cars then a rear bumper cleanly taken off wouldnt go a miss at this time

Sorry. In all seriousness, I wish you the best of Luck... give it PASTY!!... (welcome to the forum too).

Well done Spencer ...and I'll bet you were sandbagging as well

If you use full revs in qualifying then you'll get pole

Do you think we should warn him about keeping it below 4000rpm for the 1st 1000 miles or not
Or should we enquire as to whether he had the ESP switched off?
Seriously now...Well done spencer.. fingers crossed for the weekend.
The weather looks very pi$$y at the moment and I beleive the forecast is for more of the same...
good luck
