VAS 5051 vs Revo - Leon FR TDi PD170

I know its VAG COM proof, but does anyone know if the Revo software can be detected by a VAS 5051 scan?

we use revo but scan the ecu before and after the re-map with our 5051b, nothing shows up. unless theres a fault there beforehand.

Oh i know all to well about the £15 grand(ish) price tag, we got ours direct from VW UK, however i have a friend who has a 5052 that he bought and imported directly from siemens in germany that cost him just over half that, brand new with free updates as frequently as the 5051b. you guys must have some dosh to play with.
It was just out of curiosity, thanks for the reply :-)
