Ibiza mk3 1.4 belt change

hi,

Im a bit of a no brainer when it comes to cars and engines but i will flat refuse to pay for something that i can do myself so i wondered if anybody has any advice on belt changes as iv searched for it for the last hour and came up with f all
i keep hearing this squeaking noise whenever i start up, and whenever i dip the clutch it gets worse. its not a massive squeal, but enough to me off.
from what i can make out there are two belts: one which is on the far left, exposed, and one which is to the right of it, under a plastic cover. the belt under the cover looks pretty new, but the other looks worn and i saw the beginnings of a hole in it today.
which belt is this? is it the cam/timing belt or the accessory belt? or am i talking b******s?
any advice on what belt it is and how to change it would be legendary.

If your car is making a noise when you dip the clutch its nothing to do with the timing belt - it sounds like your clutch release bearing...

One under the cover is timing/cam belt, one exposed is alternator, power steering etc
