True, congrats - but let's face it, Superbikes is not as competitive/has as many good riders as MotoGP. I'd like to see Hodgson get a ride in MotoGP.

Well he's a Brit and a World champ...he could be the world champion bogey chewer for all I care ..I just want to wave my flag...

YOOOOOO ENNNNGGGGGGLLLLLAAAAAANNNNNDDDDD!!!!

Get the beers out!

Reuban Xaus though....he's the man for the future without a doubt.

What happened to the old days when riders rode all classes fron GP to superbikes all in the same season....

Mick Grant would ride anything with two wheels and an engine.
Ron Haslam did both as did Wayne Gardner and loads of others.

From what i heard, Xaus did have a good un BUT he's been sh1te for most of the season and it seems he needs a kick up the ar5e to get him motivated (such as do well or lose your ride).

A mate was saying that next season, they are letting them totally de-restrict the bikes (currently restricted to 185 BHP?), now that should be fun, but the Duke 999's will surely trounce everything good n proper?

Indeed Mark, i watched both races yesterday and was mega impressed with the Xaus/Hodgson Duel in the 2nd race, soooo close to the kerbs (at which Xaus went off on the penultimate lap)

As for the Moto GP, Rossi just f*cked off towards the end, seemed to easy for him.

Was mega impressed by Capirossi sticking it on the front wheel whilst braking from 170+mph into the hairpin.

Good stuff and well done Neil, great quote to Suzi Perry:

SP: "how are you going to celebrate the championship Neil?"
NH: "getting bladdered!"

The Ducati in MotoGP is rumoured to be circa 240bhp and 145kgs!!! I can believe it to considering the way it just blew past Gibernau on his Hinda over the line and what Gibernau said in his post race i/v.

I watched the WSBK races last night & congratulations to Hodgson for winning the Championship & becoming a father. Nice touch at the end where he unzipped his leathers & was wearing a T-shirt saying "Who's the Daddy?"
Also saw the MotoGP aswell. Rossi seems to be quite happy to follow Biaggi around for the first half of the race & then up the pace for the second half to take the win.
Did anyone see the massive power slide Rossi did out of the tight chicane on the lap he passed Biaggi? Jeez....excellent bike control!
The Dukes are doing well for their debut season. I think next year they'll be winning a few more races....
