twined group.

I no there has been a discusion of somethig along this lines before and we all no which group was sugested and we no that theres a lot of polatics and history there so that not what im sugesting.
But i think it would be good if we had some sort of a thing with another VAG group. as it sems there are few members up north so it could be handy to have sort of thing with another group just to up numbers.
The group i personally have in mind would be briskoda.net as they seem to be a good group of ppl with the same views about cars as many here.

thaughts? am i stupid?

I get on well with Ian & Colin who are one of the key guys who run Briskoda - We've already been in talks about sharing some track days etc

We've already links to friends in Club Gti and Briskoda too.

Just been so busy doing our own events this year not really had time to interact as often as we'd like to. We rely as much on them and others to let us know whats happening, i wish i had the time to read every forum every day, but i have enough to do when looking at this forum.

The recent ring trip folks went with Club GTi folk, a few of the Briskoda folk are friends from our previous track days.

Spoke to Tabs from Golf MKIV forums recently at VW Northwest, and we hope to link up for more local NW events, group drives and pub meets.

Not to mention a few of us are meeting up next Sunday at the 3rd Cheshire VAG Enthusiasts meet (1st time for most of us, due to other commitments interefering at the time of their other meets)

We invite those groups to join us on our track days, as they are like minded folk.
