Limp mode Lambda?

I now have a boost gauge and my boost only reads 7psi which is limp mode, seems the car has been like this since buying it, had the engine light on read for faults and this 1 came up.
17584 1 O2S Lambda Correction Behind Catalyst. Control limit reached P1176-35-00 Intermittant

I cleared the code but still only boosting 7psi, so still limp mode, which lambda sensor has the fault pre-cat or post-cat as i need to buy a new 1, also did an idle log on block 06 and lambda was -3.1% this normal?

17584/P1176/004470 - Bank1: O2 (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst: Control Limit Reached
Possible Causes

* Intake Air System leaking
* Oxygen Sensor(s) and/or Oxygen Sensor Control faulty

Possible Solutions

* Check Intake Air System for Leaks (False Air)
* Check Oxygen Sensor(s) and/or Oxygen Sensor Control (all of them!)

Does that help?

Had a look for a leak but no luck finding one, did a log on bloxk 2 for air mass flow and the highest i got got was around 110g/s i know this is low but is it because im in limp mode?

I have disconnected the maf and reset ecu thats why i got faults 16486, 18010, but the others not too sure about, Sensor B1 S2: Response too Slow i think this is the post-cat sensor so need to replace that? Cleared all codes still in limp mode.
