DMF on way out? - SEAT Cupra.net

I have a 2003 Ibiza PD TDI 130 sport, have owned it since April but i'm now a little curious about a rattling noise I sometimes get.

The noise is like a fast rattle which is noticed when the car is stationary. If I rest my foot on the accelerator just slightly the noise seems to disapear but then comes back when I take my foot off the pedal, I have also noticed that if I put the clutch pedal down the noise disapears.

The problem is it doesn't happen all the time, sometimes when the car is first started it happens, then can also happen later in the day when the car has been used regularly.
I've never had a car with a DMF so don't know the signs of wear in them, like I said the noise/rattle goes away when the clutch is engaged.
There is no rattle or slip in the clutch when accelerating either, just wondered if anyone else has had he same problem?
