which fuse for reverse light

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me exactley where the fuse is on the fuse board.

The reverse light not working, have changed the bulb and now looking at checking/replacing the fuse.

Hand book says "number 19" and 15amp, the fuses are right of streering wheel on the side.
I have removed the plastic cover and the card for the fuse's is still there, but cant make heads or tails as to which fuse to changed (can't find 19).

Also does anyone know is it just the reverse light running of the one fuse

Seat Ibiza 2003 1.4se

Thanks

I was in the fusebox yesterday, those numbers are ridiculously small. I did it by working out how they were numbered by the ones i could see, and pretty much guessing the one i needed.

I didnt have a card either, i had to use the book !

fuses look ok, but as said cant work out which one it is. Are they numbered on car because i couldnt see them.

"Other option would be the switch for the reverse light" where would one find this and is it a simple DIY fix.

Thanks for the replies

The side light next to the reverse light also not working, checked the wire plug that goes from the car to the socket thing and it seems ok. May have to change side light tomorrow, but thinking both going at the same time to much off a coincidence.

Would both run of the same fuse.

SO THEY ARE NUMBERED ON CAR FUSE BOARD. will check if I can tomorrow.

The car is my daughters and she brings it to work everyday, hence dont get a chance to check it as its dark when she gets home.

More than likely the wire has snapped off the reverse light switch, pretty common fault as they make the loom to short.
