Thumbs up Grants SEAT - braintree

Just thought I'd give a big thumbs up to the great people at Grants Seat - Braintree.

They carried out the 20k service for my Leon FR TDI this morning in a very efficient manner, and they even went as far as price matching the other quotes I had.

A special mention must go out to Hollie, who along with her young colleague on the service desk, was polite and courteous at all times. A cracking lass who delivered a high level of customer service at all times.

Thanks again, and I'll be back when the schedule comes round again.

The people at Grants in Braintree constantly go out of their way to give good service, I cant rave them enough.

And lets be honest, the two young ladies that work there are very, erm... polite

bit expensive though.
i saw sign for service for £99, rang up spoke to James, was told that is for a oil change service only, he looked up my detaisl on their computer and told me that was what i needed as had the filters etc changed last year.
took it in, get told it now does need a filter and spark plug change and get quoted £350ish, told holiie about convo with james and she went and spoke to him, told me that he was reffering to a 2009 service...
anyway, paying for the oil service at £99.
quoted £450ish for the other bits to be done with an air filter hose replacement.
unlikely its going to cure the probs i have, and am not willing to pay these prices.
you guys carry on using grants if your happy to pay extortiante rates just to check out Hollie.
i`ll stick to cheaper prices for same products and use google for my girl viewing
