Recent code read, Mk3 Cupra
scanned my codes, got:
17987 - Throttle Actuator (J338): Adaptation Not Started P1579 - 35 - 10 Intermittent 16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too low P0102 - 35 - 10 Intermittent Readiness: 0000 1001 and: 01463 - Alarm Triggered By sensor for anti-theft alarm system - 35 - 10 Intermittent recently unplugged & re-plugged MAF and bypassed N249 to see if that solved boost problem, it did, and the guy at motech had a play witht he throttle body settings on friday... cleared codes, can re-scan tomorrow, but any ideas on the 1st and 3rd code? i theink the MAF is just me cocking about.

They are all intermittent codes. I'd just clear them and see if they return. If they do, then I would begin troubleshooting. My guess is they are nothing based on what you have said.

The intermittent nature of the fault would lead me to look for a connection issue. On further investigation, this fault may mean nothing. Take a look at the write up in the Ross-Tech Wiki:
