Another leaking leon thread

I know this topic has been done to death but I cannot find anything that can help me any further. My doors were leaking (tipped off by the condensation) so I had all 4 re-sealed, drain holes punched and also had the "outer" seal that goes around the frame replaced as there were badly compressed. Given that my carpets were soaked I then dried them out using towels (very long and laborious) and folded back the rear carpet to dry the underlay as much as I could by myself without removing seat (I am useless at DIY).

Long story short, the front passener door is still leaking There are 2 entry points on the door, one just under the speaker and one towards the rear of the door so it is draining into the rear footwell. I noticed the drain holes that had been punched in the rubber seal on the underside of the door were smaller in the 2 front doors than the rear doors. Could this be the issue of do I need to get the seal behind the door card re-done? The drivers side door is looking a bit iffy (water marks very high up on the rubber, some deposited on the plastic), but so far I've not seen any water come in.

When I get home I will add a couple of photos to show what I'm rambling about.

Edit: Just realised I cannot post pics yet!

Thanks!
