hi all,

thought id bore everyone with whats going on with my leon lately...its a yr 2000 1.6s btw!

its come to the age where its needed a new timing belt, so got that changed with a kit along with the water pump at the local stealer, all for £292 which i thought was a decent price, though no gain for it whatsoever!

got it booked in again for tomorrow though for some more niggles, theres a creaking noise when turning full lock which is apparently ant-roll bushes (hopefully!), the front and rear washers are blocked (the back is leaking in the boot, so i think its dosconnected somewhere) and the petrol cap lock has decided to pack up and not lock no more (new motor/solenoid apparently). hopefully everhything should be tickety-boo this time tomorrow, just depends how much lighter my wallet will be now!!

im assuming most lengthy leon owners have had these bits and pieces done?

any tips on what else i can expect to go wrong, need doing soon?!?!
