5mm wheel spacers

Hi i have 5mm wheel spacers on the front of my car, are the original bolts ok to use?

I just had new alloys on my LCR and had to use 5mm spacers as to clear the brakes. The standard bolts werent long enough, Only really got 1 and half turns so your answer is No.

Why do you put spacers on or have you put after market wheels on?

Surely if they're on the car, the bolts are fine otherwise the wheels wouldn't be secure????

Don't take any chances, get longer bolts. I've had a wheel come flying off because i didn't get longer bolts , not something i would want anyone else to go through.

How many turns have you got?

If you have 6 full turns they should be ok.
