spark plugs caused limp mode

Denso Iridium power spark plugs has anyone used these before because my car didnt like them, they made my car go into limp mode. even when the tick over was spot on.

Which ones did you get? IK20/2/4? I am running IK22 that I purchased pre-gapped and have had no issues at all...All ran the NGKs before without any issue...

Yeah the IK20 SHOULD be ok, I would have rather went with the IK22 as they are one range colder which will allow you to run further timing advance and higher boost...Have you tried the NGK BKR7EIX?

Different car (LCR Stg2), but my car didn't like them either. Overheating and rough running. Changed after 1,000 miles on plugs to NGK's and no issue.

Wondered if they had been pre-gapped wrong, but never bothered to progress to find out.

NGK all the way from now on.
