Retro fitting front electric windows

Has anybody done this before? I have searched the threads but cant find anything. Is the car aleady pre wired to take front elctric windows or should i just run a 12v supply to the new switches and bypass the ecu? I've got electric motors and guides and front door cards with switches in them. If anybody has any pic that would be great. Cheers
