Drive Belt Tensioner removal!

Im finding it hard to get my lower cam belt cover off with the drive/aux belt tensioner on the car any body know how this comes off? cant see any bolts of fixings it just seen to have a hole in the middle with no allen hed etc...?

Its a 1.6 16v...
