Price for a full car respray

hi im after my leon cupra r painting its black and im after car painting pearl white.im in manchester area ind willing to travel.thanxs

That's the first thing you need to decide really, if just masking off areas/windows will be ok, or if you want it done properly with everyhting taking off/out and shell be sprayed then everything put back in/on.

they start at £1500+vat then can go up to £5k for a full on concours job

ah, so a lcr respray similair to that done on yours would be more then £1,500?

I would say for a proper job thats not going to de-value the car you're looking at £2500-3000

But it won't add £2500-£3000 to the value either.

That's like half the value of a decent LCR lol.

I think its a waste of money unless your car seriously needs it.

You could always wrap the car, then when whites goes out of fashion you can just peel it off.

Slightly cheaper as well Would still cost you around £750/800 to have it wrapped though

I was quoted £850 to have my car wrapped in gloss white vinyl about 3/4 months ago but i reckon i could have haggled him down to £800 i think.

Was some fancy 7 year tempered all singing/dancing vinyl shizzle whatever that means :/

lol, i know a few awesome bodyshops round here that will let you dismantle the car and get it ready for them to start prepping and painting.

2 of my good friends are painters and the companys they work for charge a fair few quid dismantling and rebuilding cars.
