also registered with "Briskoda" forums...the Club Polo forum isn't a place for the Polo mk6 (2002) and onwards, full of crap relating to the older cars...suited me well though for my first Polo mk2 (1990) with a carburettor conversion.

so I drive a Polo 9N 1.2 12V 65PS 02 plate. have been through many common faults associated with the platform, posted all of those in the "Common mk4 problems" or as I call it the "Epic Fail thread, 11 pages of faults"...

This is on the "Mk4 Ibiza FAQ's (6L) 2002-2008 " section now, can't post links being a stupid noobie. Forum rules.

Had the majority done under a comprehensive warranty which is associated with used VW's. It has saved me about £1G in terms of repairs.

Hope to get a remap soon from Awesome Tuning to help improve driveability, throttle work and fuel economy. Obviously not looking for performance...just improved driveabiliy as I metioned already. at only £200 it's worth a go I think.

And that's about it.
