tdi turbo hose

does anyone know if there is a pipe produced anywhere for the one that goes under the car and into the back of the turbo? or has anybody successfully made one, as mine is leaking and would rather replace with a silicone pipe.

you can try ask forge to make one! i am assuming it is the 90 degree one that connects to the turbo going towards the lower pipe on the intercooler!

i will need to replace mine too as it has been rubbing on the drive shaft - pls let me kno if you find anything!

think im just gonna get some silicone pipes and aluminium couplers and make my own, right up to were the forge fmic kit ends. so no more crappy pipes. id say i could do all of it for less than the 110 for a single pipe!

Think you got me wrong mate, am talkin about the other end of the pipework under the back of the engine! ive got silicone pipes from my egr bypass to forge intercooler, then silicone to under engine where it joins to standard pipework into bottom of turbo,( these standard pipes are the ones i want to change, there the weak link it seems).

for joining to the egr bypass you can use the standard 90 bend, and cut the metal slieve off the end carefully with a grinder, then stretch it over and use a jubilee clip to fasten it. thread on it somewhere.

I've the standard one on but it's my big silcone one i can't get on as it's too loose over the EGR bypass.

Aye, cars to go up again and get clutch and brakes done so going to see if they can mod the EGR pipe to make the SFS hoses fit.
