Tried & tested but.... do they work?!

OK... Before I start ranting I wanted to get some opinions on some popular products and find out what everyone's experiences are before we keep wasting our hard earned cash on them!!!

MK2 Ibiza versions only!...

1) FSE Power Boost Valve
2) K&N Induction Kit
3) Green Panel FIlter (With drilled airbox)
4) OMP (or other) Strut Brace
5) NOS Kits
6) The free 5 hour test for ECU Chips
7) Anything else you want to buy but want opinions on!

Let's do a Watchdog/Cook report style investigation and collar the rip-off merchants whilst praising the guru's!

Ok then, all from my own experience:

Power boost valve is SHITE! It does nothing, waste of money!
K&N induction kit does worse than nothing! Made my cars (tried on 2 2.0 cars) SLOWER. It just sucks in hot air. Made the fuel economy drop, power drop and noise increase. Waste of cash!

Strut brace is a top idea! I have just fitted one to my Ibiza and it made a big difference. Loads less understeer and quicker turn-in.

You can't get a freee 5 hour trial on a non-turbo Ibiza, sorry.

The best thing you can do to your mk2 Ibiza is put on some rear spacers. 20mm for standard wheels, or 10/15 for bigger wheels.

Hope that helps.
I have had no experience of panel filters or NOS, sorry mate.
