seat ibiza door panel?

Hi there, I am new to this site and hoping somone can help me, I have a new shape ibiza think its a mk7. I need to replace the door mirror on drivers side, i have bought a new mirror however i cant get the inside door panel off. I can see the two screws at the bottom of panel and have removed them but cant find any other screws or clips and dont want to bust anything. Can anyone please help?? Cheers Lisa

The Ibiza you have is a MK5 if it's new shape.

Not sure you need to take off the door panel but the guide is HERE

Thank you for you reply, I have had a good look at the pics in the guide and i should be able to take the panel off now, however you said that your not sure if I need to remove the panel to replace the door mirror and looking at the pics I think maybe you might be right. I dont spose you have accsess to a similar gide to replacing the door mirror, as i dont really want to take the panel off if there is no need. Thanks Lisa

OK, well thanks for your help so far, I have given up for the night now so will take the panel off tommorow and hopfully that will enable me to get to the back of the mirror mount and sort it. If anyone else out there has done this job already and has some tips for me then that would be great!! Thanks Lisa

I have fitted the new mirror and all works a treat, even had to change the thing inside that the glass attaches to due to my car not having electric mirrors and the second hand unit I bought from the car dismantlers was electric. I maybe a girl, but i done it!! thanks so much for all that helped
