haha did my first mods yesterday got some Mtec 501 sidelight to replace the horrriiible candle ones and removed the mouldy cover under the bonet lol
Thanks, yeh got plenty of plans lol getting some warrenty work done in the next few weeks then let the modding begin lol
firstly get rid of the worst part of the car IMO ....that horrible cd player lol gonna put my alpine single din in to begin with then want to upgrate to a all singing all dancing apline double din
then my twin 12" vibe sub
carbon pollen filter
chrome door and speaker trim and sill protectors
tint the windows
EBC drilled and grooved disks (when there ready) and green stuff pads
forge spacer, rev D, new PCV, new Cam follower for the fuel pump.....
miltec cat back not sure on res or no res at the min.
twintake induction kit and to finish get it REEEVVOO'd lol

love this colour in the mk2.. i think the wheels would look kewl in white and slammed would love a mk2 but cant afford 1 at the mo.. but i do love my lcr aswell. let the mdding commence hehe

its a forge spacer it sits between the OEM dump valve sounds like this

it was cool at first but it goes TISHHHH every time you let off the pedal gettin a bit annoying now lol so when i get round to fitting the REV D then ill take it off.
the sound proofing was goin mouldy so took it off looks better i think.

Well not updated this for a while so thought i would.
While im at does anyone know how to change the name of thread seen as though im not a newbie anymore
Had a miltec non res oval fitted, Took the spacer off , (for sale if anyones interested lol) fitted the new rev d, also fitted the a new PCV valve which has sorted the "hunting" idol, had all four coil packs replaced for free after a recall. Just sorted my tyre pressure light out by replacing the switch.
Also toying with the idea of a stage one seen as though REVO have got a sale on

with a full intake ie Vflow, forge bov, full 76mm exhaust with cat, youll run quite like a seat ibiza 20vt fully remaped etc...well to be more precise in a rolling run from 2nd to 4th youll be about 2 cars behind.
As soon as youll get it revod, then goodbye lol.
Youll need to upgrade your clutch too (most probably)
then hpfp etc etc...
they are very nice cars, love them, nearly bought one before going BT on the beeza. 2 of my mates got cupras both fully tuned
