warning symbols (no manual)

Hi, an orange warning symbol has just appeared on my dashboard, it is a circle with three small curved lines down/around either side??

click on the link to lee profile then click "about me" at the bottom is his signiture anf you will see a red line of writing click it. save it. its a manual
