About to change Oil and fit new plugs - I've been recommended Denso Iridium plugs but recieved no info on oil as of yet, after reading your 'sticky' on here i'd say you know your stuff,

Can you price me up for plugs and suggested oil?? VAT, del, all in;

2007 ('56) mk4 Ibiza Cupra 20v 1.8t - running stage 2 map approx 240bhp.

Which plugs were you recommnended? IK22s?

I'd go for a really good 5w-40 synthetic oil

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition.
