Thumbs down Colliers SEAT Birmingham

Bought my Leon Cupra from them in November. I wont even go into any details about the issues I have had withy them. lets just say it went on for months and I eventually complained to SUK. Still no joy but I would NOT recommend anyone buy a used car from them. Expensive lesson learnt by me and stupid for thinking I could trust a stealer to be honest!

What problems you had there was going to try them instead of Barlows

They just seem stuck up and the parts are well inflated! I asked if i could BUY a taxdisk holder and they refused because my car wasn't purchased from them so i asked for a quote on parts and they wanted double what sere quoted me on Wishbone bushes!

Though saying that last time i went they put me through to TPS and reserved a bolt i needed which saved me waiting for seat to get it in so overall 50%!

warwick road stay well clear i also had worst experience with them , my first cupra starting running pooring bouncy on idle , took it in to them , they said it needs vag com check and 2 hours inspection at 88+vat per hour plus 1 hour labour for the vagcom check , then i paid that they said it was maf at fault , change that cost 85+vat for maf plus 1.5 hours labour to change the maf , didn't cure problem , brought it back they said this time throttlr body cost 365+ vat for part and 1 hours labour , didn't cure the problem , at this point was getting really annoyed but took it back they assured me now its the n75 valve , suprise suprise didn't fix it and cost £200 . so a mate told me to get a 2nd opinion from vw audi specialist in erdington , they look at the car 5 mins and found a split vacuum hose under the inlet manifold and split boost under the car , i said surely can't just be that , they change both pipes for £70 including parts and labour and car was perfect after couldn't believe i spend nearly 1k at that place and all it was , was a split pipe

i threatened to park my first mk4 in their showroom via the plate glass window after if went wrong with weeks of having it.. now im a placid enough bloke, but me being vex'd and stood in jeans and tee, tattood arms and shaven head, literally giving them the nice Vs nasty option.. car was taken in and i got a mgzr for a couple of days whilst it was sorted..
they are c0cks down there with the aftercare.. always have been .

thankfully my third mk4 is now out of warranty, and ive took it elsewhere for servicing etc.
