IIRC you need to remove the grill with a trim tool or similar.

Then twist the fog light 1/4 turn and it will come out of the bumper.

Change the bulb and re-assemble.

EDIT - the above is for the FR - look here for cupra/boc - http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/show...78&postcount=1

Ah, that's more tricky than I thought it would be. Is it difficult?

Never done a cupra/boc but the guide has plenty of photos - looks easy enough.

Yeah no worries. I used the Ultra HB4 bulbs. Want me to take a picture so you can see what they look like?

I meant like, you can get utlra bright replacement bulbs or the full xenon conversion kit. Well, I know you can for the head light don't know about the fogs though. Quite new to all this stuff!

O yeah. I have changed my side lights to the Ultra 501's, fogs to the Ultra HB4's and full beams to the Ultra H7's which are all just normal replacement bulbs but then for my dipped beam I have got 6000K HID's which give the Xenon look. And yeah you can get the HID kits for your full beams and fogs. This is what light my headlights give off. They look blue for some reason but they are white.
