Dry Leaves Turbo Noise

Hi all,

A few weeks ago my Turbo developed an almost supercharger like whine,
This was due to a leaky gasket which I'm doing this weekend.
But more recently I've notice another noise on light throttle a the turbo starts to spin up, it can only be described as 'Dry leaves'

If you can imagine dropping dry leaves into a deskfan. Well that's the new noise obviously quieter but that's the best description.

There is a lot of mention of this kinda thing on the net some say due to sticky waste gates and some have no answer.

So I thought I would ask in here where everyone knows everything!!

Car is a Mk3 Ibiza Cupra

Thanks guys.
