Try PM-ing Big Ali H, he sent me a copy a while back.
Don't know if it's the same guide as Tom is talking about (it did mention the name of - shh - another rival site, if that helps...)

Someone send me it again, and I'll edit it to add more stuff. It was very rough and hasn't cover a few other points.

I've lost it twice now!

Cheers. I have done a few searches but dont seem to be able to find much. I could probably work it out but dont want to go breaking some clips in the process.

It is quite simple, but with a trim tool its a lot easier.

You need to undo 2x T15/T20 (can't remember which) bolts from the bottom, then undo the two cross head screws inside the grab handle and then gently pop the clips around the edges. It gets tricky at the top where it joins the window, some wiggling will get this free. Undo the wires from the switches carefully (my electric window one broke when I was undoing it on this car) and then the card wil be free.

Worth remembering to pull the door card away enough to clear the top attachment points, otherwise you might break them (like me).

Heres the guide minus pics as i can't upload the attachment at the moment for some reason!

How to remove a 2002- Ibiza door card

DISCLAIMER: Myself nor the SEATCupra.net group can be held responsible for any damage caused by following the below guide. Everything performed is at your own risk.

1) First of all you will need to remove everything from the storage compartment in the door card, so that when you take the card off it doesn’t all fly everywhere.
2) The next step is to remove two screws from the bottom of the door card (see picture below. These need a Torx T15 screwdriver to remove. You can pick these up from Halfords or your local DIY store.

3) The next thing is to get a flat headed screwdriver and take off the cover on the interior door grab handle. Once that has been removed, undo the two large screws that are inside.

4) Some judicious manipulation may be needed for this one. Start at the bottom and working your way upwards pop the clips around the card. Be gentle with these as they can break…I broke one on mine when doing it a bit hard, luckily I plastic welded it back together. Now you need to basically get the bottom of the card and hit it upwards. This will release the top of the card. Be gentle and wobble it free. You have wires coming from the card so be careful to undo these.

That’s what it will look like once the door card is off. The metal cover behind the door card is very difficult to remove and is attached to the electric window motor system, I suggest you attempt to remove this only if you are really desperate to. Again, we at SEATCupra.net or myself can be held responsible if any damage is caused.

To take off the pod where the tweeter is located:

1) Open the window fully.
2) Use your hand and grab the pod. Twist this towards you and the clips should unpop.

For everything, refitting is the reversal of removing.
