you can always move the head unit to the lower DIN socket if its a problem.
where else would they put it?

every other car I've driven which has had cup holders, have had them get in the way of something.
I'd rather it blocks my stereo than my gear stick
as I change gears a lot more often than I change cds.

It's a good place - keeps your can nicely in front of the air vents and hence cool on a warm day

Nokia 6510. Plus Maccy D cups fit nicely in it along with std size cans.... thought you only drunk water from bottles when abroad to stop you getting the cra*s.

Anyway.....

leon has diffirent cup holders to ibiza I think.

P900 doesn't fit, T630 does, and rattles, so goes in my pocket.

I live in Worcestershire which seems to be a void in the KFC franchise maps owing to the fact the only one I know of round here is in Dudley at the Merry Hell Centre.

PS - KFC chips taste like cardboard.........

Going back to the cup holder thread...

I've always loved the nicely damped action it has...

MC D's how can you, KFC how can you??? eww think of the diet man!?

The cup holder is ok, i darent entertain the idea of using it incase i damage or further more break the plastic thing.

Who actually uses it while they are driving, i can hardly imagine having a coke in there unless its a can and it actually staying still. Though at last count isnt it illegal to drink and drive?
