According to the FIA WTCC site www.fiawtcc.com, Tom Coronel will drive a Toledo for SEAT Sport Holland, making five Toledos in some of the races, including Plato, Terting, Rydell & Gené.

Having read the full story, there will be two cars entered by SEAT Sport Holland, the second driver yet to be decided, so making SIX Toledos in three rounds and five in the rest. Should give SEAT a reasonable chance against the zillions of BMWs in the field.

Crikey must be growing the Toledo's like trees down at SEAT Sport.

According to the entry list on www.fiawtcc.com, there's another Toledo entered by Scuderia del Girasole, driven by Italian driver Alessandro Balzan. So that will be seven Toledos at Silverstone........

Worth organising a SCN get-together/camping etc at Silverstone?

Valle Mäkelä from Finland is confirmed as the second driver in the SEAT Sport Holland team, partnering Tom Coronel.

excellent, Coronel is a good talent, had hopes of F1 at one point, but money prevented him. Pretty sure he won the ETCC Indy cup with a BMW in 2004.

He is a good driver. Surprised about the choice of Valle Makela. Quite an unusual move for him. Shame GR couldn't accomodate Simon Harrison again. He's a fine driver, who just doesn't get the breaks.

I'm seriously tempted to go to Silverstone now with such a quality field. Might enquire about getting the weekend off when I go back to work!
