Liceo radio trouble

i just got my 99 toledo 1.6 new shape about three weeks ago bought Liceo radio off e-bay for it pulled out my brisa radio and the liceo doesn't work there is power going to it but nothing doing help! i don't have a code for the brisa so no radio!
