Based in North Baddesley (Nr Southampton).

Friendly, Helpful Staff (Who recognise you...mind you i do pop along to hassle them occasionally).

Nice showroom normally stocked with at least 1 vehicle of each of the SEAT range. Mind you when I wanted to look at a Cupra initially I couldn't cos people kept buying the demonstrators!

Enthusiastic about what they sell. I have bought 2 Cupra's from them now. On both occasions on request, I was handed a set of keys for a test drive with no delay or fuss except signing the '15 quid if you have crash bit of paper'.

Dislikes:

Service booking time...these guys are overrun...victims of selling to many cars..move to bigger premised and employ more people guys! hence have to book well in advance unless its a quick look...then they'll come out in 5 mins to see what they can do or at least tell you what needs to be done.....they also need more courtesy cars (same reason)

it's a pity some people don't understand the service waiting time...I mean it's not as though it's not annoying, but you can see the service manager dismay when a bloke came in wanting his gerbox changed on his Pug 306 (they do other makes to) withough notice 'by the time he got back from work'

Anyway...apart from needing more service engineers and bigger premisis (at least that my diagnosis) and more courtesy cars, I would rate this dealership quite highly considering some of the things you guys have said about other dealers...

Cool

Yep,

Would tend to agree with these comments. Was recommended to these guys by SEAT UK when my local dealer couldn't sort an immobilizer fault on my old Toledo V5.

Great Covert were SEAT's service centre of the year either 1999 or 2000 ... cant remember which one it was. I had the same problem though like a 2 week wait for an appointment....
