Idle problem

Drops to 500rpm when put clutch in, had diagnostic check done by Seat found coolant temperature sensor faulty. But no difference when changed. Check done again no problems found.

Any ideas people??

Clean out the throttle body worked on all my cars with similar symptoms especially if its a mk2 Ibiza/Cordy

its a 99 ibiza 2.0 8v gti cupra sport. had throttle body cleaned out already and no difference.

Question

Has anyone got any ideas on the idle problem please??? Im not sure what else it could be.

Would be grateful for more ideas please people

coil, plugs, dizzy and leads depending on age of the car.
