Has anyone else had the strangley satisfying experience of setting them straight?

I was pulled over again the other night, and the question was asked,
"Is it Foggy?"
"No Officer, It's Not."

So i continued to show them that my front fogs like to help with cornering visibility, and they said

"oh, ive never heard of that before, is it legal? Can you turn it off?"
"Sorry, it's built into the Car"
"Ok, then Sir, Have a nice night!" haha

And the warm feeling came inside me of getting one over on the police....
which was better due to the fact they pulled me over on saturday night for 40 minutes trying to tell me that I'd stolen my car as my details wernt in the computer. turns out they'd scanned the wrong number plate.

I didn't know the lower lights come on with the mains lights. Gonna have people flashing me for using my 'hero' lights :D

haha, yeh they do. Quite useful when using back streets or car parks. but you do feel stupid when you see your reflection in a shop window....and you've only got one foglight on.
